🎯 Our Promise

The 2-Year Re-Lift Guarantee

If a slab we successfully lift settles again within 2 years, we come back and re-lift it — free. And there's no deposit — you don't pay until the work's done.

We fill the voids

High-density polyurethane foam fills the empty pockets under your slab, so it's fully supported from below — not just floated back into place.

Seal the joints to stay covered

Open joints and cracks let water wash the soil back out from under your concrete — the #1 cause of re-settling. Sealing them keeps the water out and your guarantee in force, so we always recommend it.

Questions Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

Polyfoam (polyurethane foam) lifting injects a two-part expanding foam beneath your slab through small ⅝" holes. The foam expands, fills voids, and lifts the concrete back to its original position — typically in under 2 hours and ready to use within 15 minutes of completion.

Mudjacking pumps a heavy cement-and-soil slurry under your slab — roughly 100 lbs per cubic foot — through 1⅝" holes, and it can wash out or re-settle over time. We use high-density polyurethane foam: about 2 lbs per cubic foot, injected through ⅝" ports, cured in ~15 minutes, water-resistant, and rated for 25+ years. It's lighter on the soil, cleaner, and lasts far longer. Beehive installs foam only.

Polyfoam is water-resistant and won't break down over time. Most lifts last well beyond a decade. We back every job with a 2-year re-lift guarantee, and the foam itself is rated for 25+ years of service life.

We lift nearly any exterior or interior concrete slab — driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, garage floors, front steps, and commercial slabs. If your concrete has sunk and isn't severely cracked or structurally failed, polyfoam lifting is likely the right solution. We'll confirm at your free inspection.

Most residential jobs run $1,000–$2,500 depending on slab size, number of injection points, and the severity of the sinking. We provide upfront, no-surprise pricing at your free inspection.

In some cases, yes. Concrete lifting due to pipe leaks or foundation events may be covered. We can provide documentation and a detailed invoice to support your claim. Contact your insurer first, then call us — we're familiar with the claims process and can help guide you.
